Guaynabo adds Brimah to their roster

Newly promoted Mets de Guaynabo (BSN) added to their roster 27-year old Ghanian center Amida Brimah (213cm-104kg-94, college: UConn). Brimah played last season at Indiana Pacers in the NBA Summer League. He managed to play in three leagues last year. In 7 NBA Summer League games he recorded just 2.3ppg and 1.3rpg previous season. Brimah also played for the Pacers in NBA where in 7 games he averaged only 2.3ppg and 1.4rpg. The other team he played that season for was Mad Ants in U.S. NBA-G-League. In 10 games he had 8.0ppg, 8.6rpg and 2.6bpg.
He is quite experienced player. Brimah has played also professionally in Serbia (KK Partizan NiS Beograd), NBA (San Antonio Spurs), NBA G League (Austin Spurs) and NBA Summer League (Brooklyn Nets).
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others he won NBA G League championship title in 2018. He was also voted All-AAC Defensive Player of the Year back in 2015 at his college time.
Brimah attended University of Connecticut until 2017 and it will be his fifth season as a professional player.
